Bradford Bulls have confirmed that captain Steve Crossley will leave the club at the end of the current Championship campaign.

The Bradford-born forward brings a 14-year association with the club to an end having come through the club’s academy system.

Across three spells, the prop forward made 155 appearances to dare. He was given captaincy of his boyhood club in 2018 – when he returned from a stint with Toronto.

Crossley, 32, has scored 24 tries as a Bradford player. He will mark his final appearance at Odsal Stadium in the clash against Widnes Vikings.

The club added in a statement: “We would like to see as many as people as possible come down to pay tribute to our skipper and give him the send off he deserves for his incredible service to the Bradford Bulls.

“Everyone at the Bradford Bulls would like to thank Steve Crossley for his immense contribution to the club over his 14 years with us, and wish him well for his future endeavours.”
