Wolves hooker Dwyer joins Giants on loan

Warrington hooker Brad Dwyer has joined Super League rivals Huddersfield on a month’s loan.

Dwyer, 19, is a product of the Wolves academy set-up, and has made eight first team appearances since making his debut in March last year.

Giants coach Paul Anderson said: “He is very quick and smart out of dummy half and will bring something new to the team. He is keen to have a shot at Super League after debuting a while back now and it gives me some rotation consideration for some of our middle men who have already played long minutes this year.

“I would like to thank Tony Smith and the Warrington club for allowing us to bring in Brad.”

Dwyer has also turned out for Championship side Swinton on a dual-registration basis this season.
