Watson and Lyon-Fraser charged

Ian Watson and Shae Lyon-Fraser have both been charged with offences committed in recent Kingstone Press Championships fixtures.

Watson of Swinton Lions has been charged with the Grade B offence of intentionally standing on an opponent in the 38th minute of the Cahmpionship match at Sheffield Eagles on July 5.

Lyon-Fraser of South Wales Scorpions has been charged with the Grade B offence of using his elbow/forearm in the 20th minute of the Championship One game against Gloucestershire All Golds on July 7.

Both players were charged after the incidents were viewed by the RFL Match Review Panel earlier today and have until 11.00am on Monday to submit Early Guilty Pleas.
