Rugby league veteran Fuifui Moimoi made his debut for Rochdale over the weekend.
The former New Zealand and Tonga international featured from the bench in the club’s pre-season victory over North Wales Crusaders at the Crown Oil Arena, as the forward eyes up his 18th season in the professional sport.
Moimoi enjoyed a 11-year spell with Parramatta Eels, making his debut in 2004 and going on to make more than 200 appearances in the NRL before a switch to England with Leigh.
He has since played for Toronto and Workington, before joining Matt Calland’s side for the 2021 League 1 campaign.
