Wane to wait to decide on Wigan loans

Shaun Wane is to bide his time before deciding which, of any, Wigan players will be sent out on loan in 2016.

Players like Greg Burke, who spent the season on loan at Hull KR, left the club temporarily in 2015.

But club coach Wane will wait until the club has played its preseason games before making any similar decisions for next season.

“As it stands I don’t expect to let anyone go,” he told Wigantoday.net.

“Our squad isn’t huge so there would have to be exceptional circumstances to do that now.

“Plus, you don’t know what might happen between now and the start of the season with injuries, so the plan is to wait until the end of pre-season and take a look at it then.”
