Wakefield name strong squad for Leeds friendly

Wakefield have included new signings Anthony England and Ben Jones-Bishop in their squad to face Leeds at Headingley n Boxing Day.

Liam Finn and Tinirau Arona are also included for the Wildcats, as well as Tom Johnstone, who recently inked a new four-year deal at the club.

The friendly clash will see Keith Galloway and Beau Falloon make their Leeds debuts too, in what looks like being a competitive game.

“The game will be a good test to see where we are at with the squad and where we go afterwards,” said Trinity coach Brian Smith.

“There is still a long time to go before the Super League season so we have time to switch things if needed.”
