Uate linked with Warrington

Newcastle Knights winger Akuila Uate has been linked with a move to Warrington for 2017.

As Love Rugby League reported last month, Uate is out of favour at the Knights and the NRL club are keen to offload him.

Uate is looking at Super League and Warrington are reportedly interested.

The winger has scored 110 tries in 161 NRL games for Newcastle.

The 28-year old has played five Tests for the Kangaroos and five matches for NSW.

The Fijian flyer has also represented the Bati on 12 occasions.
