Canberra veteran Alan Tongue will return from injury to feature in Friday’s semi-final against Wests Tigers.

Tongue has been sidelined with a calf injury for the past fortnight but will appear on the bench for the clash at Canberra stadium.

Coach David Furner has opted to drop hooker Travis Waddell from the starting line up and retain second row Trevor Thurling on the interchange bench.

“We wont change too much in our preparation and it’s about the players getting focused on the game and enjoying the build up,” Furner said.
