Tom Briscoe will be travelling to Skegness this weekend, to help with a rugby league festival organised by the Leeds Rhinos.

The Rhinos Challenge takes place at Butlins in Skegness, and sees junior teams from across the country participate in the biggest rugby league festival in the world.

The festival features U7-U14 boys teams and U13 & U15 girls teams, and this includes over 70 teams and 2,500 people.

Briscoe will be on hand to meet youngsters and present trophies, and he is looking forward to being part of such a significant event.

“I’m really looking forward to attending Rhinos Challenge at Butlins,” he said.

“This is a fantastic event which is organised by ESF Events and Leeds Rhinos Foundation which brings the Rugby League community together.

“It’s a great opportunity for all these young players to compete with teams from all over the country and to enjoy a positive, exciting Rugby League experience.

“Teams have travelled from the North East, Sussex and Lancashire to be here at this great venue and to have 70 teams playing is a great effort by organisers and staff again this year.”
