Swinton have today announced the signing of former Warrington, Wakefield, Widnes and Harlequins flying winger Kevin Penny.

Penny, now 24, burst onto the scene with Warrington in 2007 but failed to maintain his first team place under Wolves Coach Tony Smith.

The winger went on to have loan spells with Widnes and Harlequins before signing for Wakefield last season.

Swinton Chairman John Kidd said “We have agreed terms with Kevin who is another quality player as we prepare for life in the Championship.”
