Super League games amongst storm hit postponements

Sunday’s rugby league programme has been decimated by Storm Ciara.

The Super League games between Huddersfield and Leeds, and Wakefield and Catalans are amongst the games postponed, with Trinity hoping to re-arrange their game for Monday evening.

The Dragons already face one midweek match, as they were due to take on St Helens on the weekend the champions take on Sydney Roosters in the World Club Challenge.

Only four games have survived the elements – West Wales’ home tie against Underbank Rangers in the Challenge Cup, while Hunslet have slashed ticket prices for their game at home to Coventry Bears in the same competition.

In the Championship, London host Whitehaven and Widnes welcome Batley.

Games at Workington, Barrow, Keighley, Rochdale, Swinton, York and Featherstone have all been postponed.
