Soward set for Super League

Jamie Soward is set to depart the Penrith Panthers and move to Super League.

According to The Sydney Morning Herald, Soward has been released by Penrith and could land in the UK this week.

He is said to be negotiating a two-year deal with an English club.

St Helens have been linked with the stand-off in the past.

Soward had a successful loan stint with London previously.
