Solomona set for scan

Castleford Tigers coach Daryl Powell has confirmed that Denny Solomona will undergo a scan on Tuesday to assess the damage to his injured ankle.

The in-form threequarter sustained an ankle syndesmosis in the win over Wakefield Wildcats at the weekend.

“His foot’s in a [protective] boot, but we’ll know more about how long he’s going to be out for after the scan,” Powell said, according to the Yorkshire Evening Post.
