Rhinos welcome back Webb

Leeds Rhinos have received a boost ahead of their game against Salford City Reds with the news that Brent Webb could be set for a return for the visit to the Willows.

The full back has been out of action for the Rhinos’ last five games since picking up an ankle injury at the beginning of June, but could now make a return on Sunday after being named in Brian McClennan’s 19 man squad. Ryan Bailey is also included in the side after missing the team’s last game against Huddersfield through sickness.

The Rhinos are without Rob Burrow, Matt Diskin, Greg Eastwood and Kallum Watkins who are ruled out with injury.

Leeds will be aiming to build on their win against Huddersfield in Super League last week and secure their second victory over Salford this season, having achieved a 22-10 victory over them at Headingley Carnegie back in February.
