Warrington scrum-half Richie Myler wants to leave the Wolves and test himself in the NRL, according to his manager Andrew Purcell.

Reports have appeared in Australia linking Myler with a possible move to Manly next season.

The former England international grabbed a hat-trick of tries in his club’s 80-0 pasting of Wakefield at the weekend.

“He’s always had aspirations to play here,” Purcell said.

“He’s played in a couple of Challenge Cups, earned a couple of winner’s medals and played for his country.

“Now he’s seen the success some of the other [Super League] guys have had over here and he would like to come and improve himself as a footballer.

“He’s very keen to do it.”
