Leigh forward Emmitt banned for two games

Leigh and Wales forward Jake Emmitt has been suspended for two matches, the RFL have confirmed.

This follows him being found guilty of a charge of using Grade C abusive language towards a match official, in his team’s recent game with Batley on April 26.

Emmitt, who pleaded not guilty when he appeared before an independent disciplinary tribunal, was also fined £100.
