Hull centre Josh Griffin has been handed a one-match penalty notice following his red card against Salford.

Griffin, 29, was shown the red card for a spear tackle on Krisnan Inu late on in the 35-32 win at the KCOM Stadium.

He has been hit with a grade B dangerous throw charge and will now miss Thursday night’s clash with Castleford.

Meanwhile, Hull KR pair Ben Crooks (trip) and Joel Tomkins (disputing decision) have received cautions for incidents in the defeat by Wigan.
