Phil Joseph will be absent for the Widnes Vikings when they tangle with the Warrington Wolves this Friday.

The forward has been handed a one-game ban by the RFL for a dangerous tackle.

His team-mate Stefan Marsh will be available, however, after pleading guilty to a Grade A offence.

Warrington utility back Chris Bridge has admitted to a Grade A striking offence in the weekend win over London Broncos. He now loses the right to an Early Guilty Plea (EGP) for a year.

London’s Tongan international forward Atelea Vea will miss the clash with St Helens on Saturday.

The 27-yeat-old, who is set to join St Helens next season, submitted an EGP for a Grade B charge of striking during London’s defeat at Warrington at the weekend.

His team-mate Olsi Krasniqi is available for selection, however, after he admitted a minor Grade A offence, and avoided suspension.
