Hull KR to give Taulapapa the boot

Hull KR are set to give new signing Misi Taulapapa the boot after it was claimed new coach Craig Sanderdock warned he would not feature in his plans for next season.

Taulapapa, 29, only signed for Rovers from Sheffield Eagles six weeks ago, at a time when the Robins did not have a coach in place.

But now Sandercock has arrived, it is believed the Australian wants to sign former Newcastle forward Constantine Mika.

According to the Hull Daily Mail, the club are in talks about a severance package with Taulapapa, who could now interest Wakefield.
