Hull FC without trio; Josh Jones to return for Salford

Hull FC have added three more players to their crippling injury list but Salford will welcome back Josh Jones on Friday.

Hull FC have been dealt a hammer blow as Sika Manu, Dean Hadley and Danny Houghton have all been ruled out after suffering injuries in Sunday’s Challenge Cup quarter-final defeat at St Helens.

Joe Westerman returns for Lee Radford’s side, while youngsters Liam Harris, Jack Downs and Cameron Scott are also named in the squad. Long-term absentees Marc Sneyd, Josh Bowden, Josh Griffin, Fetuli Talanoa and Jordan Abdull all remain sidelined.

Salford Red Devils coach Ian Watson has made three changes to his side that lost to Huddersfield Giants two weeks ago. Josh Jones, Kris Welham and Jack Littlejohn come in for Niall Evalds, Ryan Lannon and Gavin Bennion.

The Super League game takes place at KCOM Stadium on Friday, 7:45pm kick-off.
