Hodgson accepts one match ban

Hull KR hooker Josh Hodgson has submitted an early guilty plea after being charged with a Grade B offence and has been suspended for one game.

The charge is in relation to a tackle made on Warrington’s Paul Wood in the 66th minute of their 26-12.

The tackle was deemed to have involved an unacceptable risk of injury on the legs of the Wolves forward.

It now means the England Knights player will miss his sides trip to face the London Broncos on Saturday in front of the Sky cameras.
