Henderson targets home improvement for Broncos

London Broncos coach Andrew Henderson wants a big home performance from his team this weekend.

The Broncos play Featherstone Rovers at The Hive on Sunday, and Henderson is keen to give the home fans something to cheer about.

“I’m really excited to be back at home in front of our home fans and hopefully we can repay them with a victory,” said Henderson.

“It was very disappointing to lose our last game at home to Dewsbury, we know from our performance on the day we didn’t deserve to get the result on the day even though we were very close to getting the result we just weren’t good enough.

“We will have to be much better today if we’re going to beat Featherstone as they are in a rich vein of form at the moment and they will be looking to make amends to what we did to them a few weeks back at The Big Fellas stadium.

“We’re going to have to be really on our game, very focused and determined and put in one of our best performances of the season if we want to get a result today.”
