Costigan set to link up with Ulugia

Former Hull KR forward Neville Costigan is set to sign for Intrust Super Cup newcomers Townsville Blackhawks, according to reports in Australia.

Such a move would mean that he would be linking up with another former Robin, in the shape of Wayne Ulugia.

Ulugia was sacked by Rovers last season for a drink-related disciplinary issue. Costigan recently left Hull KR a year earlier than anticipated, due to personal reasons.

If the 29-year-old does sign for the newly formed Blackhawks, then he will be coached by Brisbane Broncos assistant coach Kristian Woolf.
