Widnes back-rower Hep Cahill will miss their trip to face Catalan Dragons at the weekend after picking up a one match ban.

Cahill, 25, was found guilty of striking with the forearm during the Vikings’ 38-30 win over London Broncos on Sunday.

He pleaded guilty to the grade B offence and was also fined £300 by the panel.

Wigan’s Epalahame Lauaki received a two match ban for a dangerous tackle in their defeat against Warrington after submitting an early guilty plea.

Warrington’s Ben Westwood did the same, and was handed a one match suspension for a grade B striking offence.
