Brown out of Leeds clash

Warrington will be without Kevin Brown for Friday’s game against Leeds due to the head knock he received in the draw against Hull.

The seven day rule regarding concussion injuries means that coach Tony Smith’s hands are tied, though it at least keeps Brown fresh for the much-anticipated clash with his former club Widnes on Thursday week.

It presents an opportunity for youngster Declan Patton, who is expected to deputise for the England stand-off.

Winger Tom Lineham will also return for the Wolves this week having served his suspension for an incident in the recent defeat at Leigh.
