Brown explains Widnes departure
Kevin Brown says he would have regretted not taking the chance to join Warrington.
Brown has completed a move from Widnes to Warrington.
On Instagram the playmaker explained his reasons before his departure, and thank Widnes fans and staff for their support after the past four years.

“Obviously its out now and sorry i couldn’t say anything sooner, but just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has helped me over the last four years.
“i genuinely have loved every minute! From all the players,staff, and sponsors ive made many great friends and will look back on fond memories.
“A special thanks goes to Dennis who has helped me improve as a player and as a person. To all the fans a massive thanks for making me and my family welcome to the club and supporting through ups and downs i really appreciate it.
“In saying all this im very excited at the opportunity i have been given. At warrington i feel i have a great chance of winning trophies and this is the reason i play the game, i gave everything every time i wore the jersey at widnes and look forward to doing the same at Warrington.
“I know some of you will see me as selfish and disrespectful and im sorry if you do although this happened super fast i gave it lots of thought, i simply feel i would regret not taking this chance. I cant wait to meet the boys and get started!”
