New Zealand legend Robbie Hunter-Paul leads a fun All Onside fixture focusing on leg strengthening.

To mark Testicular Cancer Awareness Week, Rugby League Cares have teamed up with OddBalls to put some colour into their daily All Onside fitness fixtures.

Each workout is around 30 minutes long and it is fun, informal, low intensity and requires no professional equipment and just a small space.

The workouts are streamed on RL Cares’ Facebook page every evening (Mon-Sat) at 7:30pm.
