Sheens knocks back Parramatta job

Tim Sheens has knocked back an approach from Parramatta to become the Eels new head of football.

Salford’s director of rugby has reportedly declined the offer to join the beleagured Eels.

Former Wakefield and Parramatta coach Brian Smith has also declined to head of football position.

The NRL club has had a nightmarish 2016 with salary cap problems and numerous off-field issues.
