Dear Love Rugby League,

The one rule that desperately needs looking at is the the rules on how to play the scrum.

As it’s played now is a joke. In my day it was illegal to feed the ball to your teams legs, which now makes the scrum a complete waste of time.

Please, somebody among the powers that be get to grips with this problem and fix it NOW.

Editor’s comment: Scrums have largely been a procession for the entire summer era and I agree with the question marks raised of them. How about scrapping them all together? Replace with a tap and help to speed the game up, which is an apparent priority at present.
