All Onside with Mick Cassidy and Stephen Wild: Legs workout

Mick Cassidy and Stephen Wild lead a fun All Onside fixture guaranteed to get your legs feeling stronger.

Each workout is around 30 minutes long and it is fun, informal, low intensity and requires no professional equipment and just a small space.

The workouts are streamed on RL Cares’ Facebook page every evening (Mon-Sat) at 7:30pm.
