Sean O’Louhglin has Wigan Warriors blood coursing through his veins and is the clubs current longest serving player with a total of 273 appearences.
O’Loughlin has good rugby genes his Father Kieron was an ex Great Britain international and he is the cousin of ex Wigan captain Andrew Farrell.
The Wigan born forward started his Rugby League career at local club Wigan St Pats who Wigan owe thanks to for producing the likes of Sam Tomkins, Darrell Goulding and Josh Charnley.
In his Debut Season for Wigan (2002) O’Loughlin’s versatility saw him cover nearly every position on the park, beginning at centre he also played at scrum half and stand before finding his most favourable position of Loose forward.
Sean is a well respected member of the current Wigan side and is a favourite amongst the Warriors fans in the stands on match days.
Sean had the honour of lifting both the Challenge Cup in 2011 and the Grand Final Trophy in 2010.
He remains a regular for Great Britain and this year O’Laughlin celebrates his Testimonial year with the club, in ten years loyal service Sean has crossed the white wash 63 times for the club.
