Gareth Hock is a dangerous forward due to his strong running and his aggressive tackling. The Wigan born player is most comfortable at second row but can be called upon to prop if needed. Hock will take confidence from getting a good pre-season under his belt for the Warriors and he shall return to action in 2012 having served a two year ban from the game-testing positive for cocaine in June 2009. Hock burst on to the Warriors scene following on from an impressive spell with the Junior Development Academy at the club. Hock required a full knee reconstruction in 2005 and struggled to find his fitness again until 2008 when he was named in the England training squad for the 2008 Rugby League World Cup. Hock returns to action for the Warriors in 2012 and he will hope to set Super League alight with the tough style of play we have seen from him in previous seasons.
