Wolves injury boost ahead of Magic Weekend

Tony Smith and Warrington Wolves have a trio of stars back in contention for selection ahead of their Magic Weekend tie with Castleford Tigers.

Ryan Bailey, Ben Evans and Toby King are all available for Tony Smith after successfully coming through a reserve fixture, a game in which the Wolves were able to win. 

With the trio back in contention and creating selection problems for Tony Smith, the Wolves head coach has said that they are due the return of other stars soon which will only add to their strength in depth.

“All three of them performed very well in the reserves game,” Smith told the Warrington Guardian.

“We haven’t got too long to wait for Brad Dwyer, while Dec Patton will be back in the next couple of weeks and Chrissy Sandow is coming along really well so fingers crossed we will get a few more players back in the coming weeks.”
