Wigan Warriors have unveiled their new home playing kit for the engage Super League XII campaign.

The new 2007 playing kit has been manufactured by JJB, the club's Technical Sponsor.  The shirt sees a new slant on the cherry and white hoop design with a V-neck, embroidered crest and black piping.  This will be worn with red shorts and red socks.

The strip will be officially launched on Thursday 30th November at the JJB store on Robin Park in Wigan from 6pm.

The shirt will also go on sale that night from the stores with first team players celebrating the launch between 6-7pm.  The kit will go on general sale on Friday 18th November from over 20 other JJB Stores along with Warriors World in Wigan Town Centre.

Wigan Warriors Commercial Director Geoff Warburton said:

"It is a striking design that we are sure will be a big hit with our fans.  We expect the kit to be a top seller.  Following feedback from our supporters we have also developed some larger sizes with the kit now available from 'small boys' to 'XXXX Large'.

"Due to popular demand their will also be a fitted ladies shirt for the first time which will be available in sizes 8-16".

The shirts will retail at £29.99 for junior sizes and £39.99 for adult sizes.

Point of sale literature will be displayed in JJB stores from Thursday 23rd November with more images available at wiganwarriors.com from Wednesday 22nd November.
