Wigan favourites to claim Super League crown

Wigan Warriors have been named as the favourites to win Super League again and defend the crown they claimed in 2016.

But Super League’s title sponsors believe that Warrington could be their main rivals.

Wigan are priced at 3/1 to win the Grand Final by Betfred, with Wire not far behind at 7/2. Challenge Cup holders Hull FC stand at 11/2, along with Wigan’s local rivals St Helens.

Surprisingly perhaps, given their lacklustre display in 2016, Leeds are at 9/1, just above Castleford at 12/1.

Newcomers Leigh are priced at 66/1, with Wakefield and Widnes propping up the odds table at 150/1 and 200/1 respectively.
