Wigan dominate Super League Dream Team

James Gordon

The 2012 Super League Dream Team is dominated by Wigan, who have six players in the selection.

Full-back Sam Tomkins makes the team for a fourth successive year, and he is joined by stand-off Brett Finch and winger Josh Charnley.

George Carmont caps his final year as a player with his second Dream Team appearance, and Wigan’s quota is made up by Gareth Hock and Sean O’Loughlin.

Other new faces, alongside Finch, Charnley and Hock, are Warrington pair Ryan Atkins and Chris Hill, who has enjoyed a superb first season with the Wolves.

St Helens‘ hooker James Roby also makes the team for a third successive season, while Leeds winger Ryan Hall earns a place.

Five teams are represented in the selection, with Catalan pair Remi Casty and Scott Dureau completing the team.
