Widnes extend loan of Warrington forward Ellis Robson

Ellis Robson has extended his loan deal at Widnes from parent club Warrington for the rest of the season.

The 22-year-old back-rower initially joined the Vikings on a two-week loan – but it has now been extended for the rest of the 2021 campaign.

Warrington have the option to recall Robson at any time during the deal, which will run on a week-by-week basis until the end of their Championship season.

Robson played in Widnes’ matches against Batley and Swinton, helping the Vikings secure their first league win of the season.
