Whitehaven sack Coyle

Whitehaven have sacked their head coach James Coyle.

Coyle joined the club in 2015.

Haven currently sit bottom of the Championship with 11 points, with five wins from 25 games this season.

Whitehaven released this statement this morning: “To all concerned. unfortunately the Board of Directors have decided that due to recent circumstances we are left with no option but to relieve the Head Coach of his duties, with immediate effect.

“We wish James all the best in the future.”
