Three players will appear before the RFL Disciplinary Committee on Tuesday evening to answer charges brought following incidents in their teams’ Engage Super League Round 14 fixtures last weekend.

Leeds Rhinos full-back Brent Webb has been charged with a Grade B reckless tackle on Mick Higham of Warrington Wolves in the 68th minute at Headingley Carnegie last Friday. Webb was also issued with a formal caution over a grapple tackle on Lee Briers in the 25th minute.

Catalans Dragons prop David Ferriol has been charged with Grade B repeated punching of Hull FC’s Danny Washbrook in Saturday’s match in Perpignan.

Hull prop Ewan Dowes has been charged with the Grade B offence of running in and punching Ferriol in the same 15th-minute incident.

All three players were charged after the incidents were viewed by the RFL Match Review Panel on Monday.
