Watts requests release

Hull Kingston Rovers confirm that Liam Watts has requested to be released from the remainder of his contract which runs out at the end of the 2013 season.

The prop made the switch from Castleford Tigers to the Robins in 2008, in order to improve his first team opportunities, and it was a decision which was quickly vindicated.

Discussions between the club, Watts and his representatives will take place in due course.
