Walker handed one match ban

Hull KR prop Jonathan Walker will miss Saturday’s game against Salford through suspension.

Walker, 23, was given a one-match ban by the RFL disciplinary following a dangerous tackle on Widnes forward Ben Kavanagh during their Super League match on Sunday.

It was his first appearance since the end of February due to injury.

Wakefield winger Chris Riley and Hull counterpart Jason Crookes both admitted Grade A offences for an incident in the 60th minute of their game at the KC Stadium, and avoiding suspension after submitted early-guilty pleas.
