Wales Rugby League to launch hall of fame

The Wales Rugby League is to establish a Hall of Fame to honour the contribution of Welsh players to our game.

The first inductees will be announced at a dinner in North Wales on April 25.

“I am very pleased that we are at long last in a position to recognise the talents and celebrate the successes of our great heritage,” said WRL chairman Brian Juliff.

Four Welshman already feature in the Great Britain Hall of Fame. They are Jim Sullivan, Billy Boston, Lewis Jones and Gus Risman.
