Featherstone have signed Wales international prop Dan Fleming from Championship rivals Bradford with immediate effect.

The 30-year-old has made more than 40 appearances for the Bulls across two spells. He helped Bradford finish in the Championship play-offs last season.

Fleming has now joined Featherstone on a deal until the end of next season.

A Bulls statement read: “Everyone at the Bradford Bulls wishes Dan the very best of luck for the rest of 2022 and beyond.

“We also thank Dan for his contributions at the club in his two spells.”

Fleming has won nine caps for Wales since making his international debut in 2012. He played in the 2013 World Cup and will be hoping to play in this year’s tournament. Fleming also represented his Welsh heritage at the Nines World Cup in 2019.

The Halifax-born prop has made 171 career appearances for Rochdale, Batley, Castleford, Toronto, Halifax and Bradford.
