Drew Darbyshire

Batley have signed young full-back Luke Hooley from Wakefield for the 2020 season.

The 21-year-old came through the ranks at Trinity and spent the 2018 season on loan at Oldham, scoring nine tries in 15 appearances.

In 2019, Hooley spent time on loan at Dewsbury, where he played 12 games in the Championship.

Hooley is a full-back by trade but he can also on the wing.

He will link up with his new Batley team-mates when the Bulldogs return to training in pre-season.
