Kieran Cross, Brandan Wilkinson and Ryan Dixon have signed new contracts with Doncaster.

Hooker Cross, 24, has signed a new two-year deal with the Dons. He will enter his fifth season with the club in 2020.

Cross commented: “I’m over the moon to sign a new deal with my hometown club, I’ve been working hard on making sure I come back as strong as I possibly can.

“With pre-season getting underway, it gives me the perfect opportunity to get back to full fitness and put all the niggles behind me.”

Forward Wilkinson, 22, joined Doncaster from Bradford in 2018 and he has signed a one-year deal with the club.

Doncaster coach Richard Horne said: “Our fans have seen what Wilko can do when he’s out on the field and hopefully now he’s fully fit that we can see him get back to his best.

“He can be a real asset for us in 2020 along with the other lads we’ve kept at the club and the new signings that we have made.”

Back-rower Dixon, 26, impressed in League 1 last season after joining Doncaster on trial in pre-season. He has signed a one-year deal.

Dixon added: “I’m really pleased to have signed for another year at the Dons, and I want to get back to the way I was playing before injury ended my season early.

“I hope to play a big part in the club’s campaign next season, and my focus now is on having a good pre-season and coming back stronger.”
