Toronto Wolfpack will host London Broncos in the Million pound Game at Lamport Stadium on Sunday, kick-off 7pm (BST).

Despite the Wolfpack’s win over Leeds at Headingley on Friday night, Hull KR’s 30-0 win over Widnes on Sunday meant they will have to beat their Championship rivals to secure promotion to Super League at the first attempt.

The Broncos booked their place in the Million Pound Game with a hard-fought 23-16 win over Halifax, though they have beaten Super League sides Widnes and Salford in The Qualifiers campaign.

All eyes will be on Toronto on Canadian Thanksgiving Sunday in the winner-takes-all clash.

Scott Lidbury, the Wolfpack’s General Manager, said: “This has been an incredible postseason, and the most dramatic Qualifiers campaign in the format’s four year history.

“Wolfpack fans now have the opportunity to be a part of rugby league history, and witness a momentous occasion for the club. The ‘Million Pound Game’ will generate TV and media exposure across the globe, which we look forward to sharing with our key partners and stakeholders.

“This is one last chance to say thanks to our fans who have been absolutely outstanding in 2018. However the job is not yet complete…we need our fans to pack Lamport Stadium and ‘Defend the Den’ one last time as we hunt for a place in Super League.”

The Wolfpack are giving all 2018 season ticket holders two ticket vouchers for the game, as well as those already signed up for 2019.
