Toronto Wolfpack have reportedly sacked Dave Taylor, Ryan Bailey and Fuifui Moimoi following an incident while on a pre-season camp in Portugal.

Mirror Sport broke the news earlier this morning while Fox Sports claim that it is over an incident while on a pre-season camp in Portugal.

It comes as a huge to blow to the Canadian club, who start their quest to win promotion to Super League in just a couple of weeks.

Taylor had yet to make his debut for the Wolfpack, having only signed a three-year contract with the club in the off-season worth a reported $1 million.

Moimoi was a fan favourite at the Lamport Stadium in Toronto’s inaugural season in 2017 and was set for another big year.

And the Wolfpack recently helped former England international Bailey win a case against UK Anti-Doping.

The Championship club have released a short statement on the story.

It reads: “Fuifui Moimoi, Ryan Bailey and Dave Taylor have left Toronto Wolfpack by mutual agreement.

“The club thank the players for their efforts and we wish them well in their future careers.”
