Tim Sheens to stay on one more year as Kangaroo coach

Tim Sheens has agreed to remain in post as Australian national team coach for another year.

Australian media have reported that Sheens, who came into the job in 2009, is keeping his job, despite the Kangaroos’ failure to win the Four Nations last year.

Sheens is currently in the UK, where he has been invited in to Salford as an adviser by the club’s owner Dr Marwan Koukash.
