Tiger Fleming in Batley dual-reg deal

Batley have signed Castleford prop Daniel Fleming on a dual-registration deal for the 2013 season.

Fleming, 20, is currently with the Wales squad that is preparing to face France in the autumn international series this Saturday.

Tigers’ Head of Youth Development, Steve Gill, said: “At this stage in Daniel’s development, it is without doubt the best move for all parties. Daniel trained at Batley last season and made a big impression with the coach John Kear. 

“He will be a great addition to their side and for us, playing in the Championship will serve to improve him as a player and offer invaluable match-day experience. We hope to see him impressing in a Tigers shirt in the forthcoming season.”
