Three Super League players punished

Salford Red Devils player Cory Paterson has been suspended for three matches.

He was found guilty of Grade D intentional striking with the shoulder on Gregg McNally of Leigh Centurions in the first minute of the Challenge Cup fifth round tie played at Leigh Sports Village on Saturday April 18.

Paterson, who pleaded guilty, was also fined £300.

Jeff Lima of Catalans Dragons has been banned for two matches after being found guilty of Grade B dangerous contact on Huddersfield Giants player Ukuma Ta’ai in the Super League Round 11 fixture played on Sunday April 19.

Lima, who pleaded not guilty, was also fined £300.

Hull KR’s Adam Walker was fined £300 after pleading guilty to Grade A striking on Adam O’Brien of Bradford Bulls in the 39th minute of the Challenge Cup fifth round tie played at Provident Stadium on Sunday April 19.
